Items purchased at Furniture Warehouse & are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange after pick-up or delivery has been completed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL


Any orders cancelled by customer before pickup or delivery will be charged a 15% restocking fee.  

Exchanges are eligible in certain situations noted below:
-Items that are damaged when delivered will be repaired or exchanged when reported to the store at the time of delivery. If items are picked up by customer, damages must be reported within 24 hours of pickup.  Items that are picked up will be inspected for alterations or abuse before repair or exchange.
-Items that do not fit during delivery can be exchanged for a similar item if reported to the store at the time of delivery; additional delivery or installation fees will be charged as a condition of the exchange.  If items were picked up and do not fit, they may NOT be returned.
